While waiting for my next shipment, I decided to move forward with the sections I had parts for.
I put up the corners for the sides and the middle section of the back (the wedding party exit). I also put roof plates on the south side lower tiers (east and west sides) of the main building and the lower tiers (east and west) of the middle section of the main building. I then tiled what I could.
With those roof sections on, I was able to remove a lot of the support bricks that were being used to temporarily keep the walls stable.
With all of this done, I was ready to make (what I call) the window walls for the east and north sides of the main building...I just needed parts. I got used to waiting for shipments...
I used the time off to review more pictures and videos on the Internet. I also created a remodel file in Studio using longer and larger bricks and plates (to reduce the brick count and to make the structure more stable). I not going to build this version (because I'd have to order more bricks) but it was something to keep me occupied and help me to learn better ways to build with LEGO.
The best thing that came out of creating the remodel file was that I saw some flaws in the way I built my model and I was able to go back and fix those pretty easily (with parts I already had on hand). This is when my Excel spreadsheet came in handy. I knew what parts I had and which of those parts weren't going to be used. I was able to use many of the extra bricks to go back and fix the flaws.
