Center Roof Section, North Center Wall, and Steeple

The middle section of the main building has two tiers to the roofline. The lower roof is laid across the complete center section, and then an upper roof section is added to the middle.

The very top section of the roof on the temple has equipment on it, I'm guessing air conditioners and such. There was some discussion on whether or not to reproduce these. The decision was made to leave the utility equipment out and have the roof smooth.

"So let it be written...so let it be done."

I didn't want the problem of the steeple 2x2 columns collapsing in as I did with the main building walls, so the design was revised. The sides of the steeple (east and west sides) are one built as one piece. A series of 1x2 and 2x2 tan bricks are used in conjunction with some 2x3 bricks to construct these walls. The north and south walls of the steeple are built the same, except for a door added at the north wall's base.

The grass around the sides and back of the model are green plates. More of those were added at this point, replacing some of the grey 4x12 plates that kept the baseplates together. The sidewalk was laid around the temple, except for a few missing pieces that were on their way.
